Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
- Express shipping: 5-10 business days.
- Air freight: 10-15 business days.
- Sea freight: 30-45 business days (for large bulk orders).
- Shipping cost depends on weight, volume, and destination. We will quote shipping before order confirmation.
Payment Terms
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
- Western Union: Available for small orders and sample fees.
- PayPal: Accepted for sample orders under $500.
- L/C (Letter of Credit): Available for orders over $10,000.
Return & Exchange
- Defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund at our cost.
- Quality issues caused by production: Full refund or re-production.
- Customer-ordered wrong items: Returns accepted within 14 days, buyer pays return shipping.
- Custom-made products: Non-returnable unless defective.
Quality Control
- All products pass 3-stage QC: raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and final random inspection.
- Plating thickness tested for color retention.
- Nickel and lead content tested to meet EU and US standards.
- Pre-shipment photos and videos available upon request.

What sizes do you do?
We cover standard international sizes (e.g., 10cm/20cm/30cm for small accessories). Custom sizes are also available for bulk orders—just share your specific size requirements with us!
Do you support custom design?
Yes, we have a professional design team to support OEM & ODM services. Customization is available for logos, materials, colors, and packaging. Please contact us for details.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ is flexible. For sample orders, MOQ can be as low as 1 piece per style. For bulk production, the standard MOQ is 50-100 pieces per style, but we can offer better pricing for larger quantities.
How to place the order?
We will send you an invoice. For small orders, full payment is required. For big orders, a 30% deposit is due after the order is confirmed, with the rest paid before shipping. If items are in stock, we will ship within 2-3 days.
Can I get a sample? Is it free?
Yes, samples are available to verify quality. Sample fees are charged per piece and vary by product. The sample cost can be deducted from your bulk order once confirmed. Contact us for sample pricing and availability.
